Junior High was given the opportunity to listen to Honor Flight Guards talk about the upcoming Honor Flight Veterans will be taking on September 12 from Marion. The junior high students spent a few days in their ELA class writing letters to Veterans that will be on the flight! Excited for them to receive their letters upon their return during mail call.

Kindness cards! For those who are newbies.... Mrs. Rinehart ,The secretary, has a cart full of goodies in the office. If you get caught being kind, you get a kindness card and get to go pick out something awesome from the kindness cart. Kindness goes a long way and it something everyone can do!!!

"Raccoon families, due date for mum order forms are next Wednesday September 10th! Pick ups have been changed to September 17th! It is an early dismissal so pickups will start 2-6."
Raccoon's basketball coach, Eli Dobbs, is going to have OPEN Gym on Sunday, September 7th, 14th, and 21st from 3-4:30 pm. These will be held in the Annex Building behind Centralia High School. All 5th-8th-grade boys are welcome to come if interested in playing for the RGS basketball team.
